Each is in a bright red pouch with a large brass grommet that can use to hang them on the wall. They tuck neatly into my kitchen cabinet. I put one in every closet in my house.

Set of 4 blankets gives me some assurance that i'd at least be able to do something if there were a small fire starting. They are sewn nicely with pull straps, making it easy and fast to get them out of the storage bag.

Cloth is like a thick tarp, and is smooth to the touch and not scratchy. The fibers seem very long and pliable. Packaging is simple recyclable cardboard box.

The blankets are re-usable, it's not hard to fold up and put back into the pouch. The velcro keeping the pouch closed is easy to open, so i'm not too worried about that.

Cons

Your hands are not the only thing that can be hurt by a fire blanket.

I liked that there were 2 packages, one i placed in the garage and one i have stored in the kitchen area.

I have another brand (that's heavily advertised) and i compared the two.

As others have said, it's better if you mount the blanket on a wall, but in my case for both the house and rv, that isn't an option.
