Using this extension cable will allow more flexibility in moving the solar panels to optimum solar angle. Red wire has a negative connector on it, which is exactly what you need to plug into the positive output on the solar panel. Works great, for sol...  Read More

Cons

The product looks sturdy/well-constructed, but after just 10 minutes of seemingly terrific performance, the wattage throughput dropped to 0. The wire is not copper but appears all aluminum. It should be made a little clearer that this isnt exactly an ...  Read More

Quality

I hesitated when considering the cost, but i am happy with the value of these wires.

This is my first install of a solar system but this cable looks like it’s a quality product.

There were no instructions and someone less familiar with the male and female metal internal connections, might easily make a mistake.

Competitiveness

Minimal assembly required, but it’s a no-brainer.

They seem to be made of high-quality materials and always fit.

I would have liked to have seen a couple of extra ferrules because i’ll be using a new crimping tool and if it doesn’t go as planned i wouldn’t be left in a situation of trying to find an additional ferrule

A single sheet stating that the internal metal parts are not the same and should used so that malefemale connections are made would be very helpful for a lot of people
