Zl and zr have very long trigger pulls since theyre hall effect linear triggers which the switch doesnt make use of but even a miniscule press of the trigger immediately engages the trigger so theres no delay

The tops of the sticks are a nice concave to prevent slipping and are unusually small which i like but could cause discomfort in very long sessions
