Ajay from customer care provided excellent support once when it wouldnt start coz of bumper error and then we found there was a small breakage which was fixed by the team

Overall its a good buy but can improvise in more intelligence like to be instantly off once encountered an obstacle and not damage itself to not bump hard onto things using sensors and to remember to continue from the point its paused and not to restart all over again
