Its been an year since we have purchased ilife v8s and we thought it would be a good time to give a feedback on the product.
We are very happy with the after sales service of ilife.
But due to some tile colour it stopped working in our home so they have taken the product back and promised for a refund.
We strongly recommend the product : both for the quality and also for the after sales service.
Price
This is definitely better as both are almost same price.
Packaging/appearance
As this is electronic device most of it could be recyclable.
Competitiveness
In terms of price, this is super competitive when compared to other brands in the market.
Decent price when compared to other vendors.
Not sure of other high-end models or if improvements have been done in recent upgrades.
this was a big gamble for me due to the price of the item.

Its battery power started declining in around 1820 months and now since the last couple of months it doesnt work at all doesnt get charged and lying around as dabba

I will be really upset if i have to go to the support center as they promised me during sales and demo that any support parts etc that is required will be delivered through courier
