Personally i prefer them with the cups taken out but can be worn either way.
The straps and clips etc are well made and good quality.
Very good quality but i picked the wrong size
And they came with extension on the back, and a good quality, cute design laundry net!

Better than marks and spencers pair i brought for more than double the price.
I had previously purchased nursing bras from other leading high street stores, but i definitely think the ilovesia products are better.
I got xl to be on the safe side as a 36d but you can adjust the straps.

I guess the only downfall is they can look a bit bulky under strappy tops
