These capsules are easy to *. Love all of the ingredients in the pills. The only negative is the grassy flavor when taking the capsule. Each ingredient has different strengths.

Cons

It looks like this product was resealed. This renders the product unusable for me and is sitting in my cupboard.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and this supplement seemed to cause flare-ups. The serving size is 3 capsules, but i'm lucky if i can choke down one.
