The novel deftly sketches scenes where human “wet” processes are valuable. The author develops the interior life of the narrator with care and precision. Engineers, scientists, technologists – have to make things right … we’re the only ones who can.
The book centers around the disappearance of algorithm engineer marus winde's young son. It considers the promise, as well as the perils, of predictive policing and mass surveillance. Marus is the next jack reacher!

Honestly when i first started reading this book knowing nothing about it beforehand i thought oh another dystopian future novel
