Pros
Write speeds of 826mbps and reads of 869mbps so using it as a working drive for 4k footage is no problem. Did sustained test with 5gb files and no issue on mac over thunderbolt3.
Cons
With the 4th unit the 'cut-outs' in the outer case where the lights (on the inner case component) for drive activity show through have not been manufactured properly - so the drive activity lights are not visible. Same for the 2nd.

Quality
Build quality is good and the fit is excellent.
Quality is nice and it looks the part on my desk.
The speed dropped through the floor, the read/write speed fell to 20% to 25% of the of initial transfer rate.
This is where the glow of what seemed to be a great little device, tarnished.
Shipping
Arrived a day early along with 2 crucial 240gig bx300 ssds.
They shipped me out a replacement model as soon as i confirmed the issue.

Note that the spacer adapters on the ssd have to be removed for them to fit which in some cases like mine might make the ssd chassis loose but it doesn’t impair it’s use
