Packaging/appearance

The new one was in a packing box and inside that its own product box complete with things i did not get before like a charging cord.

The product itself was just in this box with clear bubble wrap.

Inateck told me to keep the cord too, just use that packaging to send other back.

It came with an order with a couple of other items in a larger box.

Competitiveness

I was devastated because the features kb02002 has are not available anywhere else, in any other keybd case, not even apple.
