Customer service is great they have sent me a replacement unit and even offered me to keep the unit and get a refund

The scanner mouth where the laser is doesnt fit into the hole where it belongs

The scanner rests on it but i wouldnt keep the scanner on this because it can slide right off if the gooseneck is angled too high
