The phone charger is a cool add on however its not super secure so if you tug on the charger chord on the outside it falls out and you have to plug it back in

My only real complaints about the bag include the odor which has persisted even months after purchase and the point of contact between the shoulder straps and the bag itself

If youre planning on buying this backpack i would make sure you can get the newer version as it seems to correct issues with original design

I trialed the kopak and all i can say is that is indeed quality just like the other reviews state
