Pros
The sliding lid makes it easy to disassemble. It has a nice, clean design and comes with a small foam pad to apply to the back of the enclosure to reduce vibrations from the disk. It's really simple to use but has one drawback.
Fast, runs cool, no connectivity problems on usb2/3. The usb3 interface works as quickly as can be expected and handles the western digital blue drive i have fitted within it perfectly well. Arrived ahead of time. Fast transfer rates.
All you have to do is slide the top cover off, slide the drive onto the connector. Then plug the power and usb in and you're good to go. It's pretty simple to swap out the hds and it's plug and play.

Ok build quality - it's plastic, but better than the other enclosures i've had in this price range.
I now have 3 of these caddies all are of good quality, initially quality doesn't feel the best.
They really care about how you deal and how much do you satisfy with their product.

Very good i have got 4 of them and at a good price buy it
Competitiveness
It's good device and deserve to have 5 stars but with this cheap usb3 cable i can give only 4 stars.
0 interface as i am using it to recycle an old 2tb sata 2 disk.
Set up and using this with a 1tb drive within 45 seconds .
So i made a gpt partition,made a format and put it back to my new inateck enclosure and what a magic it works.

My operating system windows 10 64bit could not recognize the drive at all

I tried different software including windows default disk managmentit showed as a physical disc but no chance to initialize itno chance to make a partitiondisk was not ready and showed 0 gb space

I bought two of this enclosure external hdd for my ps4pro and xbox one x unlucky the both usb 3 cable arent working and they look cheap

Update 13022018 700after 24hrs test sleep mode does not working on both devices after putting the devices more then 30 minutes in idle status
