Pros & Cons
Pros
The glove is of good quality, with big pads. I typically take an xl in gloves and i ordered the xxl which fit perfectly. Coming from someone who's left hand got numbed pretty quickly, i want to say they work! But the only thing i don't like is that it... Read More
These gloves are nicely padded. They seem to be well made, but i still want more cushion in the palms. The replacement pair has more padding and the padding is more rigid.
Cons
Padding is not gel, it's rubber and offers little padding. The velcro going over the back of your hand to tighten up the gloves is a waste of material and not needed. It in itself creates high spots between your hand and the handlebar.
They're cheaply made and incredibly uncomfortable. There are lots of seams, so expect some tears. After using them for a few weeks, the seams by the wrist starting to undo. Save your money and buy a quality pair from rei.
Gloves are supposed to make at least a 1% difference. I mean i'm not a youngster at 61years. The padding is too thick, and instead of humps, it forms tabletops.
This is too far and adds an extra layer of neoprene thickness to just heat up. It’s like they make everything for midgets.
Highlights
Quality
Very comfortable gloves and very well made
They have extra padding that help with hand numbness and are holding up well after 6 months of use.
Do not favor using these as often as intended, since mentally i dislike the needlessly large velcro closure; maybe there's a go... Read More
I have to dig into each end of the finger gloves and pull on them, along with the thumb.
Price
For the price i am very satisfied.
These are a good value and i plan to order more for back-up pairs.
Shipping
Also initially i ordered xl and those proved to be too small so it was easy through amazon to exchange to xxl which fits.
Packaging/appearance
Fast delivery and well packaged, nice padding the only thing i didn't like is they are hard to take off when wet or sweaty
Competitiveness
I've purchased high-end, name brand gloves for much more money and these gloves work better for me.
