Just recieved this bag a few minutes ago, i like the quality and the design.
This part stays snuggly on with the velcro and is handy to walk away with during pit stops.
Initial quality seems fine, have not used it yet.
The phone holder is plenty big and even accomidates my phone with the case on.
Price
For the price though, i can't complain too much.
Competitiveness
For my wife's bike; she loves it as it is accessible.
Top velco case is a little cumbersome but would keep your cell phone safe in wet weather.
