Pros
I have quite thin wrists so if youre a bit more chunky or well built it may not be a problem. Also i wear good quality gloves shoved up the sleeve. Good quality, ykk zips are top notch and for me are a deal breaker.

If i were the manufacturer id elasticate the cuffs or put zippers on them to make them more flexible
