It is very convenient that they have the removable handles. Bands can also be combined to allow graduate increments in resistance. The resistance is nice and can be changed by altering your stance.

The carabiners are in solid metal and works flawlessly. Bands feel sturdy and metal clasps feel strong. The interchangeable handles and ankle cuff are well made and comfortable to use.
