Bands feel sturdy and metal clasps feel strong. The carabiners are in solid metal and works flawlessly. The interchangeable handles and ankle cuff are well made and comfortable to use.
Use enough resistance, increase the repetitions and watch your form. It's easy to use but provides a real challenging workout!
