Pros

This is a great adapter for phones and tablets, anything with a 240 volt electricity. It has multiple slots for us 110 prongs and for usb. Good kine stick it in wall in australia and plug it in and watch em charge.

Cons

The 35watts are not even enough for a 12 inches laptop! Absolutely zero reliability. Amazon is just too big to police terrible quality manufactures and follow upon complaints of fraud.

Enough plugs for anything you need and the 2 usb ports are fantastic for phones and watches

It is built out of very sturdy material i expect it to last for many years.

It feels that it is made of strong materials too, not flimsy at all.

Shipping

No issues and arrived in time for my trip.

It took several days to get a response, and then some clarification, but discovered the two pronged port is for non-apple devices.

Great size for packing for your trip.

Gave us another outlet for charging our devices and easy to pack.

I do wish the prongs collapsed like another converter i had for a little bit easier packing, and it is a little heavy.

This feature would make it more compact and easier to pack, as well as protect the prongs from any potential damage.

Competitiveness

Ireland has a different electric outlet than us and other countries around them and this worked fine

Price was convenient when compared with other adaptors that do the same thing.
