Pros
This brown sugar is so rich and tasty. The molasses flavor shines through.
It gives my cookies and cakes a deeper, more complex flavor. It really adds a nice depth to baked goods. This mixtures gives it a very nice flavor. Do your research to learn about it.

This is a good quality muskavado sugar.
8 lb tubs and had no problem with my sugar being soft.
Excellent product but very stiff and dry.
I use these for my ginger cookies, it adds a richness and depth that regular dark brown sugar doesn't bring to.
Price
Bought these in by the kilo in the ph for a couple of dollars made there.
Packaging/appearance
I put the packs in zip lock bags to keep them this way.
If hard upon arrival, open package into a bowl, cover over with a damp tower over the edges of the bowl and let sit overnight.

Get an airtight canister i prefer the old school tupperware canisters with the round lids you press in the middle and put the sugar in there

In terms of convenience i had to do a lot of work when i got it it was hard as a rock and i had to wet it and microwave it and shank it with a spoon to get it to break up and crumble it with by hand for over 40 minutes or more so it was not easy to use and it was not convenient at all but once i got it all together the product does work but i dont think i would purchase again because the convenience just wasnt there for me
