Pros
They're cheaper than art-supply branded cups for the same result. No issues with rust or corrosion. They aren't flimsy.
Cons
For $7 it's not worth my hassle to return them. Clearly that is what this seller is counting on as they peddle this completely substandard product.
They lack the luster, the heft, and the nicely rolled edge shown in the photo. These are obviously not stainless steel, so i can't recommend them. Not real stainless steel.
Highlights
Quality
Nayler and my favorite restaurants serves a trio of duck fat fries with various dipping sauces which gave me the idea to get this product.
Im very pleased with these and i foresee being able to use these for quite some time with no issues.
Competitiveness
I used these to measure salts to build my water (used ro) as a homebrewer.
These work great to keep hot butter warm when serving to our customers.

These were reasonably priced and have worked well however i have seen a few rust spots and the rim broke off from one leaving a sharp edge

I would suggest handwashing and handdrying thoroughly to minimize damage
