Pros

We are ever-so-grateful for the essential workers who worked through the pandemic. It's exactly what i hoped for. I recommend this item, and their customer service is fantastic.

The brown slatted version of this cart seems to be the sturdiest. We use it as a laundry/schlep cart. The old cart's shelves are metal slats so easy to dry after rain or hosing.

Cons

The welds that hold the slats in place are underneath the rails. When it inevitably rusts, the slat drop and so does anything else on it. Also appears the wheel failure was caused by a poor quality weld joint.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing this item is to keep it indoors and dry. I used a $10 promo code that i earned but won't get that refunded to use on another purchase. It demands another number supposedly on a sticker on the product--no stic... Read More

I'm returning cart because shelves were badly bent and i believe they are too flimsy for the ball machine i will be transporting. The cart is made of steel and rusts when placed in a damp or humid environment.
