Pros & Cons
Pros
Indus product is well worth it if quality and flavor are the goals. Much more economical than penzey's but there i always but the extra special bold. I love this particular brand because it is relatively mild.
Organic black peppercorn. Perfect for my pickling workshop. Used to make organic turmeric paste.
Fresh and definitely peppery, with a pungent aroma. Worked perfectly in my pepper grinder.
Cons
These tellicherry peppercorns are very small. No zing at all. While the pepper does have more fragrance than say a malabar, it is nothing like the kirkland brand.
Highlights
Quality
I was very happy with the price and will order again.
Arrived promptly, good quality product with spicy tang, not too harsh
Nice quality, really did not need the grinder.
