Pros

The echo is the reflection of transmitting data on the receiving line. The connector on this one is large enough. It takes a bit of fiddling around to get the laptop driver installed, but once you get over that hurdle it works great.

If i had to find one negative, it would be the tiny screwdriver that came with it, which broke on first use.
