    Whilst the print in revised edition isnt the best quality and text small you certainly get used to it after the first few pages so it becomes unnoticeable

    I read this book after watching or listening to various training products by other persuasion or sales and marketing experts who drew heavily on cialdinis work and either acknowledged it or presented the findings as their own ideas

    Im not sure of the issue sequence of the popular books on influence and persuasion but my impression is that if this wasnt the first it was one of the first when it was published in 1984
