I got this for my iphone 12 pro and it fits perfectly with the silicone case and charges my phone very quickly without heating it up a lot.
The output power through its ports i have tested have supplied up to 22 watts!
Possibly a defective product, had it fully charged yet it doesn't charge my iphone x at all.

I am happy for the prompt customer/ after sales service, estelle kept following up to ensure i got sorted.
I was subsequently contacted by customer service and the sent a replacement which is currently working very well.
