Pros
This charger is very portable. It easily recharges my iphone 11 three or four times.
Paws on the top of the charger are the charge indicator lights. The paw lights up blue with the toes indicating your remaining battery life. Also has a flashlight.
The power bank is very solid and comes included with a mesh case for travelling. It is compact, but a little heavy. Overall, this battery bank is decent and well priced.
Comes with a carrying mesh case with drawstring. Comfortable snug fit that does not wiggle around on you.

This feature has saved me the hassle of carrying multiple cables and has made my life so much easier.
Great capacity and the 3 ports and flashlight are very useful.
After the battery is drained, plugging it into the charger and it goes to almost 75% within seconds.
Charging 3 phones at once was still possible in under 4 hours, although each outlet seemed to charge at different rates.

Shipping
We brought it on our 3 days and 2 nights camping.
Product was dilivered fast received it in two days .
The service was quick (replies are within hours), courteous and nice.
I contacted customer service and after answering some basic questions to see if we can troubleshoot the issue, they sent new me a new unit.
Competitiveness
The replacement works well and i will definitely consider the same brand again in the future.
Tried many different brands but this one's the best!

When i am recharging the device i am never sure how much longer it is going to takes for the paw to stop flashing to indicate it is fulling charge bec it seem to take a long time even if i am waiting for only 1 bar

It holds charge when its not plugged in very well but drains a little bit fast in the phone
