Pros

The size and thinness are great for packing in a daypack or similar pocket. I love the perfectage screen that always shows how much power it still holds.

Charger is incredibly durable and will work like brand new after 2+ years. Charger gets fully charged within 2 hours.

I bought another brand 40000mah charging block and this one literally outperforms it.

Definitely a value for the price, when on sale, and a superior product to the box store off-the-shelf options.

Other than that, it's a great unit, so chances are good that issue won't apply to you.
