Pros
Works well with fast charging cables to take a dead battery back to 100. Takes a while to recharge, but i plan to recharge overnight so that's not an issue.
No complaint so far. Contacting customer support via email was a breeze. The paws display vs a digital number for the remaining power is a little disconcerting.
Keep one in every room and in my purse. It's lightweight and travels easily. Easily fit in electronics organizer on the plane & train.
Cons
It seems very counterproductive to my purposes. Neither of the charging ports work. It’s a fire hazard!

The paw print light up completely with fully charged and will slowly go out in each toe bean as it goes down in charge.
While i can live without power and did so for four days after one hurricane, the one thing i really needed was a charged cell phone.

I was surprised at how long this battery held its charge, especially for the price.
