Customer service is excellent. Overall pleased with the purchase. They offer an extended 3 year warranty if you scan the qr code on a card include in the packaging and enter a positive description of your usage. Would buy again.
I use this wireless charger to charge an older iphone 8 which supports qi charging. I'm surprised no one else does this with their wireless chargers. Using this product for charging my samsung galaxy 8 and iphone 12 pro.

Overall very happy with the product !
I plugged it in with the cable and all was good.
Unfortunately, the fast charge is not compatible with the galaxy z flip 3, either.
I like the fact that the indicator light dims with the ambient light so it doesn't keep me up.
Price
Good buy at a really good price.
Shipping
I also appreciate its capability to be able to accept fast charging, all you need is a cube that fast charges.
Just be advised not to expect the advertised fast or spectacular charging results.
Cute small charger but not fast charging.

I received this product as a promo after i purchased a different iniu product (that works great also).
It also charged my airpods even through the extra case i have on them!

I was giving many attempts to charge and it wasnt charging within the expect four hour charge time from 0 and it was taking upwards of nine hours to completely charge
