This prevents the cradle from staying at the angle it is adjusted to. The customer service from this company is ridiculous. Iniu offer a better wireless charger that comes as a two pack for about £25.

Well built piece of kit and works faultlessly every time.
Just put your phone on it and there is no way it will miss the charging spot.
The raised arm is jyst amazing and it can support the s23 ultra which isn't exactly a light phone
Price
Would buy again, great product at a great price
It’s good value for money and if it wasn’t for the fact that i want to charge my watch at the same time, i would have kept the device.
As a medium charger it's ok, but as a fast charger, you get what you pay for.
Packaging/appearance
Out of the box it looks good,bigger than you think.
Competitiveness
My inital response was in comparison with my samsung wireless charge, which is quick to recharge my s22.

The supplier contacted me about by initial review and they genuinely wanted to resolve my issue with the charging time

On the supplied lead usb to usbc pon a 2amp charger i get 600ma
