Mainly because the print quality was terrible.
The print quality is much better that the other brand, although still not quite as good as the brother cartridges.
Price
I have no complaints so far and the price is very good for what appears to be quite a good quality product.
Don't know how long this will last, but the color is good and the price was right.
Packaging/appearance
The price is great and packaging was just right.
Competitiveness
For a price way less than the hp toner, this seems to be working well.
The couple of times i've had to complain that they've exploded and are leaking all over inside, i do apologize and send me a new one.
