Pros
Great value for those on a budget who do a lot of printing. Works just as well as the dell cartridges. Very easy to install in my printer.
An excellent purchases. Would recommend. Is it a buy. Great product. Worked great for me. An amazing product.
Purchased these cartridges and swapped out the oem dells. Just like the original, but too cheaper than it.
Cons
Both times, after about 100 prints, the cyan has completely emptied, makes a terrible grinding noise and leaves this mess behind. The magenta cartridge is not recognized by my dell e525e printer.
Absolutely worthless. A rip off. Just wasted $ for nothing.

Shook cartridge before inserting and still had to cycle through a couple of pages before printer quit with density error messages.
It turned out that the cyan toner cartridge was defective, and the company is sending another set of ink free of charge.

Value for my money and was an exact match for my machine
Got them the next day at a price i felt was very good.
Typically, one toner cartridge can cost $75, but i got 5 cartridges for less than that.
But dell cartridges cost me over $200 a set, so this is definitely worth the money.

Customer service was very quick to send me out new cartridges and even follow up to ensure i was satisfied.
It arrived exactly as it was promised.
I contacted the company customer service thru their website and got the response the same day!

The printer prompted me to clean the ctd sensor after the first print and the prints since have been fine
