Pros

The print quality is indistinguishable from an original hp cartridge. The toner cartridges work perfectly and no issues with hp software/firmware. It is a great value considering it costs less than half what the oem cartridges cost.

This is my second time buying this ink from this seller and i will continue to buy it. Sealed in plastic and well packaged.

This company rocks. Great price point. Easy to install.

Cons

Black powder is everywhere and my printer no longer works. They print blotchy and don't print the whole page. We use them to print menus for our business and they look horribly unprofessional.

Saves me so much money as i sell printed materials and quality is great!

I have had issues with the blue, red, and yellow toner drums.

It didn’t wor, as the colors weren’t consistent with the oem toner, and i got streaks on the printed pages that were unacceptable.

Price

Worked great and was compatible with my printer for a good price.

I am really upset and this has cost me a significant amount of money, money that i thought i would be saving getting them from you.

Competitiveness

Tried to use a much less expensive off-brand as a substitute and this cartridge did the job.

This ink works just as well and lasts just as long as the hp brand ink at a fraction of the cost!
