I received a response within 24 hours, asking me to provide my amazon order number and with 2 days, i received a total new, working unit.
Very fast with response and very customer focused.
So i sent an email to them and they had a new one sent inside of a week!
I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new one at no char it arrived in about a week!

We, too, had a similar problem with our inkbird transmitter, we bought it in late june and it was no longer working in mid-august.

I followed the advice given in the previous review of 24 august i shook the unit and heard the water on the inside so as told in the review i videoed myself sharing the unit and sent it to inkbird support
