Always accurate never any connection issues and i can check the temperature in my pool from anywhere
Added several weeks later: one caveat--our unit stopped working after one week.
Once the batteries were in, the thermometer and display kicked right on and immediately synced up.
Price
It is a great safeguard, and the price is reasonable.
This lets me see how much the temperature changes during the day and night which will let me see exactly what it costs to heat the pool.

Suresure it might seem lazy at first but sometimes you just want to know the pool temperature without actually going out to the pool bending down and looking at that tiny thermometer floating around

The inkbird app permits calibration adjustments but the display on the transmitter and house display do not

If i move the receiver further away the signal drops out

The signal drops out i the evenings but i attribute that to atmospherics from increased air density and humidity and dont use it then in any case

No problems with leakage but i greased the transmitter gasket with silicone greased as i do with all pool gaskets which may help
