Pros

Hydroxymethylbutyrate (hmb) adds a difference to my bodybuilding. It does what is suppose to do especially on high intensity workout. Of course adding a healthy nutrition plan.

Easy to * and no aftertaste. I take it 3x per day 2 pills fasted.

Astragin is a pleasant bonus! Worth every penny. Will buy again.

I appreciate #innosupps for having the forethought to add astragin so i could reap even more benefits from hmb and my overall net protein intake. I also have many other supplements by innosupps and they’re all high quality. This is a great supplement.... Read More
