The first time i took it i didnt notice any sweating but i believe it was because i didnt take it far enough ahead for it to kick in enough for the workout

The second time i took it ahead and about 30 minutes later i did my workout and sweat sooooo much and was extremely focused and didnt feel worn out or anything

However when i got to starting this bottle of rainbow sherbet i found i have to really force myself to down it and chase it with water and something like a rice puff to get the flavor out of my mouth because its not very good compared to the others
