The pink lemonade flavor is the best. Helps get me sweating and increase my hydration. This isn't a typical pre-workout that gives you the shakes or jitters; those tend to make me a bit nauseous during and after my workouts.

I'm an insomniac and even if i take this after 4pm, it does nothing to hinder my sleep.
So easy to drink, and its just a small serving size that its easy to chug a shot and head to class.
I don’t usually leave reviews but for this product i had to works great you get a good sweat energy that last you whole workout m.

Ive tried to identify when my sweet spot is for taking it best and its between the 4560 min that i feel like when i get to class i got a little boost of energy and sweat sooner and more than i do without

I generally jump rope for a minute each between sets and find that i get an extra burst of endurance and strength throughout my workout
