When i first powered the unit on i tried it on myself just to make sure it wasnt going to hurt the dog and ill say i sure as hell would stay out of the trash if i had the collar on

I released her and went about my business now im standing within range of the unit and she comes to me i can hear the unit beeping so im instructing her to back up but she insisted on coming closer all the while its beeping and shocking her

The range is a little bit unpredictable once my dog was lying somewhat close to the offlimits area and was fine but then all of a sudden the collar started beeping and shocked him

I would witness him knock it down even with ten pounds of weights inside of the can

A recommendation if this product is intended to keep a cat from getting near a door i would strongly read the reviews and the descriptions
