Was set a little high out of box at 12.
Competitiveness
Makes a great 12vdc bench power supply.
The power supply's 10 amp rating will easily drive the leds.
Therefore i purchased (through amazon) a noctua nf-a8 flx, premium quiet fan (3-pin, 80mm) for cooling.

I used an old pc power cable that i cut to length stripped the wires and soldered on ring terminal connectors
