I sent an email to the vendor address provided with the product and they got back to me very quickly with some options.
Contacted manufacturer who quickly shipped a replacement which arrived within a few days.
Packaging/appearance
Was set a little high out of box at 12.
Competitiveness
However, the soldered connection is better than a mechanical snap-in connection.
It replaced a similar unit by another supplier that failed too soon.

The 34labels34 for the wire connections are embossed into the metal above the screw terminals
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
They are very difficult to see and they are offset slightly from the terminals themselves

Be very careful to connect the wires correctly
