I dont have the best meter but i measured the output a touch above 24v and drove a string of leds with no issues

I did calculate the max brightness for white and i was able to do 80 as i need more wattage for full brightness but i saw no last mile fade

You should probably be gentle when backing out the terminal screws for the first time

They are super snug and the entire screw terminal block wanted to move if i wasnt gentle
