Pros
Recharging is via micro-usb cable. Only real con here is the battery life.
Only complaint is that it's hard to get it to come on at the low end of the rheostat/dimmer control. The lens across all the lights is crystal clear and looks great. The dimming is also nice so i can get just the right amount of light.
Small size makes it easy to install these as undercabinet lights and tuck them in closets. These little lights shine with a great color temperature, making them a pleasing addition to any kitchen or workspace.
Motion-sensing works well, even from a distance. The switch to get them into motion sensing is a little tricky. The package includes velcro adhesive for attaching them to the stairs, wall or cabinet.
Light color is great and brightness and color rendering is better than expected. Light is plenty bright and adjustable. They're all very bright.
Cons
The connections are very finicky. The middle light of the three pack continuously flickers. I have a problem connecting the lights and believe it to be a faulty interconnect cable.

For those of you who ask why bother illuminating a backlit keyboard i paid $100 for just for that purpose.
The motion sensors aren't great but still a good value.
Packaging/appearance
The package includes velcro adhesive for attaching them to the stairs, wall or cabinet the motion sensor works well from any angle.
The pack of lights comes with 4 separate lights, and one charger cord.
Competitiveness
I think the pricing is average for the 4-pack and inline with several other similar products i have gotten recently.

Although it feels kind of solid its really not that heavy and i was able to use just 2 little pieces of 3m car molding tape to attach it to the arms i printed up
