Listing has the product weight as 5 lbs. Will rust out at the end of warranty. This disposer is very weak.

It’s still under warranty but the repairman sent by the company will charge $199 because insinkerator is “not at fault if something gets stuck. It only last 3. Keep a spare.

Insinkerator/amazon is either unable or unwilling to fulfill my order. The top was not attached correctly. There are no instructions inside the box, the only instructions are the 3 steps printed on the box it was delivered in.
