Pros
Quiet operation is amazing, even when disposing of bones or fruit rinds. Grinds quicker than the old one and also quieter. Made with good quality, grinds most materials effectively.
This disposal has a powerful 3/4 hp motor, and is made with many stainless steel components. I like that they completely clean themselves out, simply by running them while you run water.

Some models use a rubber gasket under the *, and some you’ll need to use plumber’s putty. Used my tire scissor jack from our car to raise it into position for install.
Works as advertised. I'm not a massive fan of the quick connect stuff, but it works, i guess. They both work extremely well.
Cons
The new ez install is very hard. The disposal leaks, and the motor burns for no reason. The listing barely mentions this fact which makes me think it was intentional.

My plumber was able to install this quickly with no issues and it works like a charm!
The problem with this brand: it leaks, and the motor burns for no reason.
Theirs is 1hp but, this 3/4hp is no slouch.

So you are not dealing with a fly by night no name or track record brand here and they give you 6year limited service warranty
