Pros
Instaflex is the only rub out there that really delivers. I rub it down and it eases the pain. Used for knee pain and osteoarthritis. They use it above any other otc pain reliever.
Cons
Once on it turns your skin really cold and you cannot warm up. Too much odor. Guess i was fooled by the television commercials. Nothing new but the hype.
