Pros
Very flexible & easy to work with, and very thin tinned strands. As a bonus it looks gd too! Bought to make battery cables for a solar battery bank.
Cons
Aluminum cable requires a different termination style than copper cable. Cca is rated at 100a at 50 feet at 4 gauge. This wire is extremely inferior to regular 4 awg welding wire.
The wire was labeled as 4ga on the coating but is actually 6ga. It’s basically a bunch of thin wires in a 4ga tube. The cheapest wire i've seen what *.
