I believe it says its copper coated aluminum but when its cut open it looks like mostly copper the rubber coating is very soft softer than typical wire no real plus or negative side to that ive found

Looks and feels very nice but its really cheap jacket over copper coated stranded aluminum

The cost however is less than half that of full copper wire
