Pros & Cons
Pros
For short runs, 30 feet or less, 16 guage rather than 14 guage is the way to go. It is easy to get the right polarity due to the color coding of the case. Plus this jacket helps distinguish between l and r compared to the barely visible white stripe o... Read More
The speakers sound lively without any distortion. Haven't noticed anything bass-related as yet. My setup sounds great after.
Marine application needs ofc 100%copper to prevent rust/corrosion.
Cons
This wire is smaller in diameter than 18-gauge lamp cord. It is certainly not 16-g gauge wire, as claimed. Wire diameter is 0.
First time i have ever purchased a product sold by amazon that is blatantly misrepresented by a manufacturer. Will never by installgear anything ever again. Save your money.
Highlights
Quality
The wire is good quality and the cladding is both thick and flexible.
Met all my expectations for quality and ease of use.
Lol these are rubber for sure not hard worthless stiff plastic.
I am not able to detect a difference in sound quality between these and the 12guage wires.
Price
Can’t go wrong with these wires for the price.
Great value for your money, worked exactly as expected

Competitiveness

If you feel you really need 16 gauge for your installation, then i would recommend that you look for a different brand.
